Description: Download this application that “calculates the Nottingham Prognostic Index, Van Nuys Prognostic index, and TNM stage to predict breast cancer survival as a function of tumor size, tumor grade (1-3), and number of nodes involved with tumor.” The program “calculates 10-year mortality as a sole function of either tumor size, number of positive nodes, or TNM classification” and can be a useful tool “in patient counseling for adjuvant therapy of breast cancer.”

Description: This freeware application builds upon the success of ChemoRx, a program that enables physicians to calculate chemotherapy doses of most popular protocols. Now users can add and save their own protocols and protocol notes and switch between the personal protocol database and the standard database. New protocols will be regularly added to the standard database. Visitors must complete a brief, free registration before downloading this program or entering protocols into the database.
